PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

If you're standing for eight or nine hours, your arch and heel carry the load. This sleeve wraps that structure in firm, even compression and holds it there — through a shift, a long drive, or a day on hard floors.

The knit is thin. It sits under a normal sock inside work shoes, trainers or boots without bunching. Open toe and open heel mean your feet don't overheat, so you can leave them on from morning to evening.

You'll feel the arch support from the first minute. Nothing to fasten, nothing to readjust.

Key features:

  • Wear it all day — Not a session. Put them on when you get dressed and forget about them.
  • Thin under shoes — Low-bulk knit fits inside work shoes, trainers and boots.
  • Open toe and heel — Breathes. No trapped heat, no damp socks by lunchtime.
  • Slip-on, stays put — The compression fit grips without rolling down. Nothing to fasten or lose.
  • Four colours, three sizes — Black, White, Pink, Beige. S/M, L/XL, XXL, unisex.

Materials:

  • 80% nylon, 20% spandex. Open-toe, footless, slip-on construction. 40 g per pair.

Sold as a pair — left and right.

Who it's for:

Nurses, teachers, retail and hospitality staff, hairdressers, security, warehouse and market workers. Anyone whose job doesn't include sitting down. Also worn by runners and walkers on recovery days, and by anyone who wants low-profile support on a long flight.

Worth knowing:

Compression should feel snug and even — noticeable, never pinching. If it leaves deep marks, or your toes tingle, go numb or change colour, take it off and size up.

HOW TO USE IT
  1. Roll the sleeve on from the toes, heel opening at the back.
  2. Sit the seam flat against your arch — no twists.
  3. Check it's snug and even, not tight in one spot.

Wear 3–4 hours a day for the first week, then as long as it's comfortable. Remove at night unless a healthcare professional has told you otherwise.

Wash after each day of wear.

CARE NOTE
  • Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle, or hand wash. Air dry flat.
  • No tumble dryer, no ironing, no bleach, and no fabric softener — softener coats the spandex and the compression goes slack. That's the most common reason a sleeve stops working.
  • Wash after every wear.

Common Questions:

What size should I order?

Daytime is what they're for — standing, walking, wearing shoes. You can leave them on at night if it's comfortable, but take them off if your toes tingle or go numb. Night-time foot pain is worth mentioning to a doctor.

How do I choose a size?

Go by your usual shoe size using the chart on this page. Between sizes, take the smaller for firmer support and the larger if you'll wear them more than eight hours at a stretch. Send us your shoe size on email at support@vivora.co.za and we'll confirm before you order.

Will they slide down?

No. The compression fit grips the foot and ankle, so there's nothing to readjust mid-shift.

Is it safe for everyone?

Compression garments aren't suitable for everyone. If you have diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, a circulatory condition, a history of blood clots, or open wounds on your feet, check with your doctor before wearing compression. This is a supportive garment, not a medical device, and it isn't intended to diagnose or treat any condition.

Are they a medical device?

No. They're a comfort and support product, not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have diabetes, a circulatory condition or an open wound on the foot, speak to your doctor before wearing compression.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"I am a hairdresser, on my feet from eight till six. These go on with my socks in the morning and I forget they're there. Bought a second pair so there's always a clean one."

"Twelve-hour shifts and my feet used to be finished by six. Three weeks in and the difference at the end of a shift is real.
Fit under my theatre clogs with no bulk at all."
